A QUICK NOTE ON SHIPPING TIMES
I'm so excited you've found something you love! Each piece is made by hand, which means I put a lot of love into getting it just right for you.
I promise to get your order shipped out within my standard processing time (3-5 business days). Once it's with the shipping carrier, the delivery date is an estimate—think of it as a really good guess rather than a pinky promise. During sales or holidays, everything can slow down a bit, so please allow for some extra travel days.
If anything happens that will cause a major delay on my end or with the carrier, you won't be left wondering! I'll send you a direct email to keep you in the loop.
ORDER CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING
The second your order is placed, you should get a confirmation email – that's your official receipt! Hang on to that order number, just in case.
Then, the real fun begins! As soon as I ship your package, you'll get another email from me with the tracking info. Fair warning: the tracking number might be a little sleepy at first and can take up to 24 hours to show any updates. If either email decides to play hide-and-seek, your spam folder is the first place to look. No luck? I'm here to help at [email protected]
DOUBLE-CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please, please, please double-check your shipping address at checkout! I want to make sure your package finds you. I'm responsible for getting your order safely to the address you provide.
Realized you made a typo? No worries! If your order hasn't shipped yet, I can fix it! Just email me ASAP at [email protected] with your name and order number.
But act fast! Once your order is marked "shipped," it's in the hands of the postal service, and I can't change the address or redirect it.
P.S. I've got your back! If my system flags an address as incomplete or un-deliverable, I'll contact you right away to figure it out. I'll need a correct address within 5 business days to send your goodies. If I don't hear back, I'll have to cancel and refund the order so you're not charged.
PACKAGE RETURNED TO SENDER? LET’S FIX IT!
It happens sometimes! If your tracking says the package is coming back to me, shoot me an email at [email protected] with your name and order number.
Once I have it safely back, you can choose:
- "Yes, please reship!" – I'll get it ready to go, and I'll just ask you to cover the shipping cost again.
- "I'll just take a refund." – Totally understand! I'll immediately refund the full cost of the items to your original payment method. Just a heads-up, I won't be able to refund the initial shipping fee or any taxes, as those are costs I can't get back.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE GETS LOST?
I package every order with so much care and get it safely into the hands of the mail carrier. Once it's with them, I sadly don't have any control over its journey.
This is why tracking numbers are so important! If your tracked package seems to have taken a detour, please keep an eye on the tracking and contact your local post office directly—they have the best tools to locate it and can start a "missing mail" search.
