NEED TO CANCEL? ACT FAST!

I'm on it! I start preparing orders really quickly to get them to you ASAP. Because of that, I can't accept changes once an order is placed. If you need to cancel, no worries—just please email me IMMEDIATELY at [email protected] with your name and order number. The only catch? I can't cancel an order once it's been packed up and marked as "shipped" or "fulfilled." It's already off on its adventure to you! So shoot me a message, and I'll do my best to help!

RETURNS & DAMAGED ITEMS

I pour a lot of love into creating each item, and I truly hope you adore it! Because everything is made or sourced in small batches, I'm generally unable to accept returns or exchanges.

WHAT IF MY ITEM(S) ARRIVE DAMAGED?

Oh no, I'm so sorry if your item had a rough journey! While I carefully pack every order, I can't control what happens once it's with the shipping carrier. If the package itself is damaged, you'll need to contact the carrier (like USPS or UPS) directly to file a claim.

However! If your item itself is broken, defective, or if I made a mistake and sent the wrong item, please let me know right away! I want to make it right. Just email me within 14 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your name, order number, and a photo of the issue.

Pro tip: Please hang on to the original packaging and the item—it really helps me understand what happened!
